I came to Australia from Sweden in 1990 to work as a scuba instructor on the Barrier Reef. In 1996, after my son was born, we moved to Sydney, and I returned to my original profession as a dental technician. After 10 years, I had doubts about this path and felt the impact of a sedentary lifestyle. So I became a personal trainer and did both jobs for 5 years before ditching the dental job. That was 12 years ago, and I haven't looked back since.
Now, helping people with their health through a home-based business, I've reclaimed control of my life, my health and contributing to a global movement!
What excites me the most is sharing a vision for a better future with you, impacting both your your life and your loved ones'.
However, it wasn’t until I was introduced to ASEA by a client of mine who said, “Try this to improve your performance at the gym!”, so I did.
What I found was, after doing my own research, being a “healthy sceptic”, was that my workouts improved on all accounts, including my recovery time. And in regards to my overall health, that too has improved, in all areas. Being healthy does not just mean going to the gym.
